Terms of Service for Norevia

1. Scope

These terms apply to all services, digital materials, and physical items offered by Norevia through the website hosted at noreviax.info.

2. Services

Norevia provides personal development courses in group sessions or one-on-one format, delivered in person at the above address or via online conferencing platforms. Participants are responsible for providing accurate contact details and accessing materials on time. Norevia reserves the right to adjust schedules or instructors with notice.

3. Digital Products

Digital materials include course workbooks, pre-recorded lessons, and supplementary resources delivered electronically upon purchase. Access credentials or download links will be sent by email.

4. Physical Goods

Merchandise and printed materials will be shipped to the address provided by the purchaser. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Services

Cancellations made at least 7 calendar days before the scheduled start date are eligible for a full refund minus a 5% administrative fee. Refunds are processed within 14 calendar days via the original payment method. Sessions may be rescheduled up to 5 calendar days before the start date at no additional charge. Cancellations made less than 3 calendar days before the start date are not eligible for a refund due to preparation requirements.

5.2 Digital Products

Requests for a refund must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the purchase date. If no download or access has been initiated, a refund will be issued within 10 calendar days. Once any file has been downloaded or accessed, all sales are final due to the nature of electronic delivery.

5.3 Physical Goods

Products may be sent back within 14 calendar days of delivery. Items must remain unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories. Once the package is received and inspected, a refund for the product cost will be issued within 7 calendar days. Shipping charges are not eligible for a refund.

6. Non-Refundable Offerings

Custom coaching packages, private consultations, one-off workshops, and digital gift certificates are non-refundable due to individualized preparation and scheduling commitments. Participants will be informed of this policy prior to purchase.

7. Changes to Terms

Norevia may update these terms at any time by posting the revised version at noreviax.info. Continued use of any service or purchase after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
